If you are a job applicant, we may, if we view you as suitable for the position, make your resume, and the other information you submit (except Website Traffic Information), available to prospective employers who use our services for the primary purpose for which the information was collected, assisting you with your job search. If you apply for a specific job posting, we will not make your information available to any other prospective employer without first obtaining your consent. We do not sent unsolicited resumes to any prospective employers. We may use your name, address, and e-mail address to contact you about matters relevant to your job search.
If you are a prospective employer, we use the information we collect for the primary purpose for which it was collected, assisting you in filling the position. We make some of the information you provide (but not your company or contact name) available to potential job applicants who may be interested in applying for the position. After a job applicant applies and you have indicated interest in that applicant, we may make further information that you have supplied available to that applicant
Linwood does not share personally identifiable information of job applicants or prospective employers with any nonaffiliated third parties other than for the primary purpose for which the information was collected in accordance with the above, except with your express permission, or in the limited circumstances described below:
1. We may disclose information that we believe in good faith is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity, or to conduct investigations of violations of our Terms of Use.
